Comfy Critters Pet Services is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

We process the data you provide to us yourself, for example through the contact form or by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

We use this data solely to answer your enquiry, handle a reservation or quote, and communicate with you about our services. We never sell your data to third parties.

Form submissions are processed in our customer system. Processing agreements are in place with suppliers that process data on our behalf (such as hosting and the customer system).

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was provided for, and after that only as long as the law requires.

This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies. Embedded third-party elements, such as a Google map or virtual tour, may set their own cookies when used; that party's privacy policy applies to them.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us via 07805 714415 to do so.

We may update this privacy statement. The current version is always on this page.
