These terms apply to all enquiries, quotes and agreements with Comfy Critters Pet Services.

A quote is without obligation and valid for the period stated in it. An agreement is formed once you confirm a quote or proposal.

Prices are as stated in the quote or confirmation. Payment is due within the term stated on the invoice, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Changes or cancellations are handled in consultation. Any cancellation costs are stated in advance in the quote or confirmation.

We make every effort to deliver as agreed. Our liability is limited to the amount charged for the assignment concerned, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
